A new ice cream brand called Nightfood claims that not only is it a good midnight snack, but it can also help you sleep at night. Now, you don’t have to choose between satisfying your sugary cravings and getting a good night’s sleep. Eating it during the day, however, could make you want to have a nap.

Midnight snacking or eating before bed time greatly affects one’s sleeping patterns. If you eat something sugary before bed, then it’s more likely that you’re going to have trouble sleeping; a surge in sugar levels will make you more hyper and more awake. Nightfood wants to solve this late-night craving issue while ensuring that the snack you choose is still good for you. Because of this, Nightfood teamed up with many sleep and nutrition experts to come up with a product that lets you eat ice cream late at night without guilt or fear of sleeping issues.

Nightfood’s website cites many reasons why it’s the perfect late-night craving solution. They define “sleep-friendly” as a food that’s better for you, so they removed all the sleep-disrupting ingredients that’s usually found in ice cream in their products: caffeine, sugars, excess fat, and excess calories. They added certain minerals and amino acids that support one’s sleep quality. With all this, their product makes lactose digestion, acid reflux, and blood sugar spikes less likely to occur—AKA, the common sleep disruptors. It’s quite a competitor to the Halo Top brand when it comes to lower-calorie ice cream: both are around 280 calories per pint.

The available flavours are Full Moon Vanilla, Midnight Chocolate, After Dinner Mint Chip, Cold Brew Decaf, Cookies N’ Dreams, Milk & Cookie Dough, Cherry Eclipse, and Bed and Breakfast. Each flavour has its own adorable “cravings monster” design, and they look happy because they’re able to eat some ice cream—a representation of your late-night craving being satisfied.

While this new ice cream is amazing, it’s important to learn how to adjust your sleeping schedule without having to take something. Doctor W. Chris Winter, the author of The Sleep Solution, warn of the idea that a new food, app, or pill will be the solution to better sleep. If you must satisfy your cravings before bed, then you must be proactive in making better choices. He suggests that bananas are the best choice, but who would choose a banana over ice cream that’s good for you?
