There is now an avocado toast kit that you can buy in case you can’t be bothered to mash your own avocados or toast your own bread.

From the same people that brought you almost every type of hummus spread known to humankind comes Sabra’s latest product: “Sabra Breakfast Avocado Toast.” Like many of Sabra’s other products, the breakfast avocado toast kit is designed for people to have healthy snacks on the go without too much in the way of prep-work required. Or any prep-work: just rip off the seal and start munching on avocado toast.

But let’s get a few things straight here: the name “Avocado Toast” is a little misleading. Yes, there is avocado in this kit, but calling the tiny slices of bread “toast” is a bit of an overstatement. They’re more like crackers. In fact, they’re exactly like crackers, but calling the product “Sabra Breakfast Avocado Crackers” probably wouldn’t sell well with millennials, thus they include the word toast.

Also, while there is definitely avocado, it’s less an avocado spread and more like guacamole. This is likely not going to be a problem for anyone as guacamole is quite literally nectar of the Aztec gods, but it is an important distinction. There is lemon juice, cilantro, and a quantity of salt that some people might want to know about if they’re at all worried about their blood pressure.

On the plus side, this does seem like a fairly nutritious snack. You get 5 grams of dietary fiber, 13 grams of whole grains (which doesn’t really mean anything, but Sabra likes to mention it), and only 190 calories. And since this is real avocado, there’s plenty of the good kind of saturated fat and vitamin C.

So it’s definitely better for breakfast than a bag of chips. But is life so hectic that you can’t even be bothered to toast your own bread? To mash your own guacamole? Are we truly the herd animals that must be provided out ready-to-go meals as soon as we wake up in the morning? And must everything be avocado-based?

The answer to all these questions is yes. And you can pick these kits up at Target for $2.79.
