Caribbean Jerk Pork Sheet Pan Meal


  • 1/2 a knob of ginger, peeled and diced
  • 6-8 garlic cloves, diced
  • 3 medium red potatoes, diced
  • 3-4 green onions, diced
  • 2 habaneros,diced
  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 6 sprigs of fresh thyme, leaves removed
  • 2 tbs of soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 tbs of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of allspice
  • 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of grape tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 lbs of pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 of a yellow pepper, diced


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a bowl, mix together, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, allspice, cinnamon,
  • nutmeg, black pepper, fresh thyme, garlic, ginger, and habaneros.
  • Using a whisk, combine all ingredients into a homogenous sauce and set aside.
  • In a sheet pan, add the pork in a layered fashion down the middle of the pan.
  • Sprinkle potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes, green onions, and yellow bell pepper around the pork.
  • Cover the pork and veggies with sauce.
  • Place in oven for 25-30 minutes, or until pork is done and veggies are soft.
  • Plate and enjoy!

Creamy Garlic Sheet Pan Steak and Potatoes


  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbs of parsley, chopped
  • 1lb 1/2 of sirloin steak
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 cup small purple potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup small red potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 small Yukon gold potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbs of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup of oil


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Slice steak and place the slices down the middle of the sheet pan.
  • Add the halved red potatoes, purple potatoes, and Yukon gold potatoes.
  • Slice red onion and sprinkle over the entire sheet pan.
  • Chop garlic and disperse over pan.
  • Chop broccoli and add to the pan followed by chopped rosemary.
  • Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over all ingredients, coat all ingredients in oil.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place pan in oven and cook 20-25 minutes.
  • To make sauce, place softened cream cheese in a bowl.
  • Add in garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Mix ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Add in heavy cream and mix all ingredients together. Set aside.
  • When sheet pan come out of the oven, plate and layer on sauce.
  • Enjoy!

Sweet and Spicy Rainbow Sheet Pan Chicken


  • 1 1/2 lbs of chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 2 long carrots, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 1 cup of grape tomatoes

For Vinaigrette:

  • 3/4 cup of canola
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 tbs of honey
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a bowl mix oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Using a whisk, combine all ingredients and set aside.
  • Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray.
  • Place tomatoes, red peppers, carrots, chicken breast, yellow bell peppers, broccoli florets, and red onion on the pan.
  • Pour vinaigrette over veggies and chicken.
  • Bake in oven at 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and veggies are soft.
  • Eat and enjoy!

Teriyaki Sheet Pan Shrimp and Broccoli


  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbs sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 of chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup of canola oil
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 12 oz of medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 sliced yellow bell pepper


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl add in oil, teriyaki, broth, garlic powder, and sriracha.
  • Stir ingredients together with a whisk and set aside.
  • Place the shrimp on to a sheet pan in rows.
  • Add broccoli in between rows of shrimp and layer on yellow bell pepper.
  • Place slices of lemon on the shrimp.
  • Pour sauce over all veggies and shrimp.
  • Place in oven for 10-15 minutes, or until shrimp is cooked.
  • Serve and enjoy!
